Empowering women/girls from underprivileged backgrounds has been an enduring belief of Anoo's®. As part of its CSR initiative, Anoo's® gives rigorous training and employment to women/girls in its outlets. Anoo's® has also tied up with NGO's such as Pratham and government-driven skill centres such as Labournet and Telangana Jagruthi that provide basic training. Anoo's® selects the right candidates from there, trains them and provides full-time employment. Anoo's® also sends its trainees to child orphanages to provide free grooming to them.
