Tips for Make Up
What can you do as a reactive measure if you have left make up on through the night?

1. Simple method:
-Start by cleansing well, to ensure that you have removed all traces of last night. -Then apply your a face mask, to draw out impurities, sit back and relax.
<For normal skin, use a ……………………. Face pack
  For dry skin,
  For oily skin
  For combination skin,

- Once your mask has done its work, wash it off thoroughly, with warm water.
- Use a good amount of moisturizer on your face.
- Drink lots of water throughout the day, to make sure that both you, and   your skin re-hydrate.

2. A complete technique to rejuvenate your skin after a night of suffocation:
Things You’ll Need:
-Eye makeup remover
-A creamy cleanser
-A clean wash cloth
-A corrective cleanser
-A gentle scrub
-A detoxifying mask
-A treatment toner
-2 cotton pads
-A spot treatment
-Eye and lip treatments
-A good moisturizer
-Sun Protection

Step 1:
Remove your eye makeup carefully with eye makeup remover and a cotton pad. Most mascara contains waxes, which will most likely have melted together into clumps, so be gentle and go slowly so as not to lose lashes.

Step 2:
Give yourself a thorough cleansing massage for 2-3 minutes with the creamy cleanser and a tiny bit of water. This breaks down the surface oils, makeup, and pollution from the day before. Remove cleanser with the washcloth, soaked in warm water.

Step 3:
Give yourself a second thorough cleansing massage with the corrective cleanser. This is a stronger cleanser with active ingredients for your skin concerns that will be able to penetrate into your skin once you have removed your makeup. Remove this cleanser with the washcloth as well.

Step 4:
Use the facial scrub in circular motions all over your face and neck with extremely gentle pressure for 2-5 minutes. Remove with washcloth.

Step 5:
Apply the purifying mask. A mask with purified clays such as bentonite, kaolin, zeolite, and diatomite is best. Or prepare one with the following simple ingredients:
Leave the mask on for 10 minutes at a minimum. Rinse with the warm washcloth.

Step 6:
Use the second cotton pad to apply corrective toner to your entire face. Corrective toner should be chosen based on your skin concerns and have strong active ingredients like glycolic acid for acne and kojic acid for hyper pigmentation. Alcohol should appear low on the ingredient list, if at all. Use a gentle pressure but be sure to apply toner over the whole face.

Step 7:
Apply corrective treatments. If you are acne-prone, apply a thin layer of your corrective anti-acne serum to your whole face to prevent breakouts from having worn your makeup all night. If you are dry, apply a hydrating, antioxidant-rich serum.

Step 8:
Treat your eye area and lips. These areas are more likely to have become irritated by the makeup you wore during the night, so make sure they get extra hydration and antioxidant protection.

Step 9:
Apply moisturizer.

Step 10:
Again, apply a second code of moisturizer. Moisturizing twice with a cream suitable for your skin type. This will ensure that your skin returns to its normal texture as soon as possible.

Step 11:
Add your SPF 15 or higher to protect your skin and allow your corrective treatments to do their job. If possible, spend the day with no makeup or minimal makeup.

Step12:
Don't do it again! Sleeping with make-up on is a SIN!
