Dark eye circles
1. Almond oil is the excellent skin food. Massage under and around the eyes with almond oil daily for 2 weeks.
2. Apply moisturizers with natural ingredients such as avocado oil, sesame, vitamin K and Vitamin E.
3. Squeeze out a cold, used tea bag and carefully place it over your eyes for about 10 minutes. Make sure the tea doesn’t get inside your eye.
4. Eat food with rich vitamins and iron. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
5. Yoga can also help you to get rid of dark circles. Do pranayam for atleast 10 to 15 minutes every day.
